A leading QSR/ Retail company is looking for a DGM Supply Chain , role is based in Bangalore. Briefly the role will encompass the following: - Drive Supply Chain aspects of the business - The incumbent must have tactical and strategic experience managing overall service delivery including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Set up detailed processes for every aspect of service delivery and customer experience - including order processing, packaging, delivery, and any other customer needs. - Engineer and oversee Procurement, logistics and fulfillment operations to improve overall productivity, efficiency and cost structure. - Identify new trends, operational solutions and value-add processes that create competitive advantages for the company. - Develop and execute against a long-term, sustainable infrastructure plan to support the growth and strategic initiatives of the company. - Implement and maintain best practices, including technology advances, policies and procedures. - Manage the company's fulfillment operations budget. - Ability to provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain Team Candidates must have atleast 10 years experience post MBA, and must have work experience atleast 6 years in Retail/ QSR companies.
