DGM - Supply Chain Planning - FMCG/Consumer Durables/Telecom

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- To own and manage end to end Mobile SCM planning /forecasting for the subsidiary.

- Prepare Supply Forecasts basis previous trends, feasibility and hence leading the discussion with Product / SOP Teams keeping in mind subsidiary Long Term & Mid-term Sales plan.

- Anchoring the weekly WOS meeting at channel level [Offline & Online] & further aggregating it to Country level. Evaluating plans at Volume & Value level for Sell-in as well as Sell-out.

- Use fact based approach basis market inputs/ insights / competitors analysis to ensure accurate forecasting process is enabled.

- Weekly discussion with GOC / RPM at HQ for better visibility as well as planning for India Subsidiary.

- Responsible for Target planning in line with Subsidiary M-Plan , Stretch Plans as well as HQ / GOC / RPM Inputs.

- Making sure next 16~20 week forecasts are inputted in system [SKU LEVEL ]on weekly basis. [Critical Activity]

- Ensuring Channel DOS are maintained across products (SKU level) to the desired norms.

- Ensure proper planning for Phase In and Phase Out of models so that there is minimum obsolescence and slow moving stock.

- Supporting Senior Korean Expat in SCM operations.

- Aligning & sharing forecasts from/with HO /Regional SCM team members such that Bottom up & Top Down forecasts are in consensus.

Key Performance Indicators:-

- Manage SCM KPIs: AP1/AP2/RTF Exception/ Ageing / AP1-AP2 Consensus / Weekly AP2_RTF achievement.

- Maintaining high degree of operational excellence & efficiency by maintaining Good KPI scores across Globe & hence differentiating India among all regions across Globe.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Engineering Degree from reputed institution.

- Post Graduate in Operations/SCM /APICS would be an added advantage

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- 12-15 years of prior experience in SCM, Supply & Demand planning.

- Excellent Relationship Management & Communication skills.

- Ability to work under High pressure.

- Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethics desired.

- Excellent Excel Knowledge & Analytical skills. Ability to work upon various data points.
