DGM - Supply Chain - Consumer Durables

About Our Client :

Our client is one of the largest consumer durables companies in the world with significant presence in Indian market. They are one of the fastest growing companies in Indian market with dynamic culture and diversified product portfolio. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager Supply Chain, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain, you will be responsible for :

- Managing PAN India operations for planning across product portfolio including demand and supply planning

- Sourcing and procurement of vendors across product line for PAN India operations

- Handling end to end logistics operations including inbound and outbound logistics

- Communicating with the internal as well as external stakeholders for optimizing the operations

- Managing a team of 8 - 10 regional heads ensuring effective coordination and work flow

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be a post graduate with around 10 years of experience in supply chain handling cross functional roles ideally in Retail/Consumer Durables/Consumer Goods Industry. Prior experience of having worked on SAP is an added plus.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, desire to lead a team and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
