Client: The client is a leading real estate developer in National Capital Region.Projects across a wide spectrum which encompasses of Highend Residential , Hotels etc.

Designation: Deputy General Manager-Structural Engineering

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Head Projects

Role Summary/Purpose:

Qualification : Degree – Civil (Only Full Time)

Experience : 14 – 15 years

Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

Candidate Profile (Attributes) : Must have worked on High-rise Residential Condomium Construction Planning.

Job Description

- The candidate must be energetic and should have very good leadership skills.

- Selection of best structural systems

- Analysis and design of the structural members.

- Review of concrete & reinforcement drawings.

- Providing structural details to draftsmen for preparing structural drawings.

- Coordinating structural drawings with Architectural and MEP drawings.

- Checking of shop drawings

- Meetings with Architects, Clients and Contractors.

- Site visits, site supervisions and revising the design if necessary due to site condition.

- Approval of designs and transmittals from contractors.

- Approval of shop drawings from contractors

- Responding to queries from the construction team.

- Conducting structural analysis, design & detail engineering of structures of projects using state-of-art-structural design software; examining structures at risk of collapse and advising on measures to improve their structural integrity.

- Creating layouts/ designs/ drawings, identifying any weaknesses in designs & making relevant modifications inline with the client’s specifications.

- Liaising with other designers, including architects to reach agreement about safe designs and how they fit in with the aesthetic concept of the construction

- Should be available for the interview in very shortspan and should to able to join in 20-30days time.
