We are currently hiring for our client! A Leading Company in the Real Estate Industry.

Position: DGM Strategy

Location: Ahmedabad

ROLE SUMMARY

The individual would be responsible for formulation of the company's strategic Long Range Plan and the Annual Operating Plan;monitoring the progress of implementation of the formulated plans across business units. The individual would also be responsible for supporting diagnosis of organizational issues and implementation of initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

- Assist in developing the long term, medium term and short term vision for the company

- Formulation and review of regional strategic plans in collaboration with various cross-functional teams

- Creation of frameworks and processes for various business planning activities, to ensure maximum integration from the regional teams / cross-functional stakeholders

- Enabling modifications of regional business plans, and facilitation of course correction with regional teams to ensure sales, costs and profitability targets are met

- Review of various projects at the appropriate forums to effectively monitor project progress and ensure portfolio optimization

- Handling of MIS and preparation of monthly and quarterly commentaries on financial results and variance analysis

- Supporting senior management in preparation for board meetings, other meeting/conference presentations, management's monthly communication and other ad-hoc requirements

- Undertake research on external environmental trends, industry trends, competitor research, business trends and market/consumer trends - to enable strategic decision making

- Undertake internal diagnostic studies for organizational issues and implement initiatives to address these challenges.

QUALIFICATION

- Post Graduate in Business Management from a good business school with 8+ years of experience in a managerial role.

- Real estate experience is desirable.
