Qualification:

- BE + MBA(Full time) from premier institute (IIM, IIT, MDI, SPJIMR, FMS Delhi, NMIMS, NITIE, ISB, SCHMRD, XLRI Jamshedpur, Xavier institute of management, JBIMS, IMT Gaziabad, Great Lakes, Amity, TAPMI, GIM)

Work Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of post MBA experience in industry (chemical/agrochemical/petrochemicals/speciality chemicals).

Job Description:

- Lead Strategy formulation at business unit with focus on chemical industry.

- Define and setup a strategy planning and institutionalize the process across the business unit / segment leadership team and functions.

- Provide guidance and team leadership to the direct as well as cross - functional teams.

- Problem definition and objective formulation.

- Overall project planning, management and coordination.

- Generate and review market, customer and competitor insights to aid strategy planning

- Develop implementable recommendations based on option evaluation and strategic fit

- Evaluate various market opportunities or new business ideas organic or inorganic and provide recommendations in terms of fit with business unit / segment strategy

- Structure and deliver impactful presentations written and verbal

- Motivate and energise teams

- Close working with rest of the Corporate Strategy and Planning teams

- Lead organization and strategy function initiatives.
