DGM - Store - Chemical Industry

Position: DGM - Store

Location : Mahad

Education: B.Com / B.Sc.& Post graduate in materials management

Note: Need Candidates from Chemical industry only. And someone who can speak and understand Marathi.

JOB PURPOSE :

Incharge of overall stores, incharge of Inward and Outward logistics, responsible for timely deliveries of RM to internal customer and FG to outside customers with 100% statutory compliance to excise and other rules / regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Day to Day coordination with Supply chain team for timely receipt of RM, PM and FG dispatch,

- Monitor & control of material receipts and FG dispatches.

- Timely issue of RM, PM, engineering items to respective depts

- Compliance to statutory regulations related to 100% EOU,

- Timely data entries in SAP related to receipts, issues and dispatches,

- Daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation of material, System vs physical stock verification

- Monitor and control vehicle movement in the factory to minimize vehicle detention charges,

- Formulate, monitor, review and control budget related to stores, executing cost saving technique/measures for potential savings,

- ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 compliances,

- Inventory control as per the set guidelines for SFG/FG and Engineering spares,

Requirements:

- Knowledge of inventory management

- Knowledge of 100 % EOU requirements.

- Problem solving skill

- Excise rules/regulation and regular updates

- Able to handle various audits of system, EOU, Excise etc

- SAP knowledge
