SUMMARY

Drive business insights for various group companies through the use of analytics applied to customer data

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with individual businesses and understand key business dynamics and challenges

- Be the process owner for the business analytics function and set up systems and processes for sharing key business level insights with each OU

- Segment data for each OU and provide insights on all key metrics relevant to each OU

- Deploy tools to enable predictive modeling, brand profiling to aid business

- Work closely with key stakeholders, understand specific business challenges and arrive at data driven solutions.

- Use data to understand catchments, and provide leads to business development team in store locations, catchment potential, cannibalization, etc.

- Map key business data with macro-economic pointers and help planning teams with forecasting
