Job Role
a. Create a Listening Architecture for listening, conversing and maintaining a dialogue within organization to draw insights
b. Design and develop new initiatives related to innovation and collaboration
c. Implement, present, plan and design interactions to institutionalize quality of life intervention
d. Design and execute the 3 year plan on the Listening Architecture within the organization to draw new insights
e. Conduct benchmarks and surveys – both external as well as internal as needed as part of the Listening Framework
f. Supervision of outsourced work and OE team function on budgets and qtr reviews
