We have a urgent opening for DGM-IR and Sr.Manager-IR in a renowned Automobile company,having a relevant experience in employee Relation of 10 to 20+ year, at Gurgaon Location. Candidate should be Full Time MBA with 60% aggregate in their Academic and mini 2 year of exp in Present company. (Its compulsory condition for the post)

Position offered :

1) DGM-IR

2) Sr Manager-IR

Educational Qualifications:MSW,MBA

Experience:

1) For Sr. IR manager- 12 to 16 year

2) DGM-IR- 20+ year of experience.

Age Group: 33-48 Years

Relevant Industry Type:Manufacturing

Language Proficiency: English, Hindi

Roles and responsbilities:

1. Manage & Develop the perception of the organization as a desirable place to work

2. Promote a positive climate, resolving team conflicts, acting with integrity with the team.

3. Align employee values with organizational values

4. Comprehend and resolve employee relations issues end-to-end

5. Work with senior managers to ensure alignment in resolving a situation

6. Influence others thinking, gain co-operation and win support for desired outcomes

7. Prepare workforce plans, prioritize and execute the plans efficiently and effectively

8. Align performance management systems of workmen to business objectives

9. Provide active leadership, energizing others and enabling change that leads to ongoing improvement

10. Set clear expectations and parameters for accountability, confront performance issues and take decisive action to meet performance objectives of workmen

11. Facilitate training modules with training team

12. Ensure compliance with all legal & statutory requirements

13. Update the Management organizational behavior issues

14. Understand the dynamics of the business and drives human resources practices, actions and processes that will create an effective organization

15. Should possess good negotiation skills

16. Ability to maintain cordial relations with union

17. Formation of participative forum in the factory & closely monitor the same for better work environment .

Competencies Required:

1. Technical Competencies

- Should have Deep knowledge of Industrial & Labour Laws

- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status

2. Behavioral Competencies

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft office

- Able to establish meet department and corporate objectives

- Should be able to communicate well with senior management
