We are currently hiring for one of the largest manufacturing company

Department- Cold Rolling Mill ( CRM- 6hi Mill Operation(Must), Pickling Line , ARP)

Position- DGM/Sr. DGM/GM/Sr. GM/AVP/VP

Education Qualification-BE/B-Tech ( Mechanical/Metallurgy)

Location- Jharsuguda, Orissa

Job Description-

1. Responsible for production related tasks including planning and controlling of CRM 6Hi mill.

2. Should have experience in Pickling Line as well as Acid Regeneration Plant ( ARP)

3. Developing new process concept for production optimization, yield improvement and guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

4. Responsible for generating SOP, CTQ, ISO documentation & other modifications to improve quality production.

5. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members by setting key performance target to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

6. Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in Operation management and customer relationship management.

7. Responsible for training of rolling, safety & other technical skills to new & existing subordinates.

8. Coordinator for developing, executing & implementation of various CIP & PIPs.

9. Responsible for weekly presentation in ORM for OEE based performance.

10. Leading to rolling team to prepare or change in rolling practices to overcome new defects to supply the market material..

11. Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement and Monitoring day-to-day site activities and production activities.

12. Involved in procurement of material resources and consumables for project of 6 HI Rolling Mill.

13. Planning for procurement of consumables and essential material for the normal operation of the plant.

14. Inventory management of raw material, consumables and essentials in co-ordination with stores and purchase dept.

15. Monitoring equipment utilization and machine downtime with responsibility for the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
