Solution Designs/Pre Sales - Retail/CPG Vertical

Location: Mumbai/Chennai

JOB Description:

MBA Grad / Post Graduate with 10 -12 years of total experience necessarily in Retail/CPG with 5+years of managerial experience in Service delivery and a good understanding of IT/ITES - Business Solutions. It is necessary that the candidate has a good understanding of Retail Processes and digital business solution components,

- Proficient in creating feasibility studies, opportunity Identification and gap analysis

- Strong understanding of services within Retail/CPG in Omni channel space, and specific vertical solutions

- Knowledge of Retail/CPG industry technology landscape

- Creation of new capability charter for the focus horizontal service line (across existing and new service lines)

- Stakeholder Management

Goals for Retail/CPG practice Unit:

- Establish organization and processes to support the company vision; accelerate Change the Business initiatives

- Maintain strategic alignment with vertical businesses

- Improve awareness of initiatives and assets across the company

- Operate with a consistent methodology; Expand the portfolio of company inhouse products

- Focus on both incremental and step change advancements to our delivery models

- Reuse existing (and new) assets where possible across business lines
