Deputy General Manager-Solution Design - BPO-F&A Domain

Very Large US Multinational IT / BPO organisation, with multiple centres in India, on the look out for F&A Solutions Architect who has hands on experience in Solution Design / Transitions / Presales, for their BPO Business.

Job Description:

- Manage end to end solution design for US / Europe based client processe in the Finance & Accounting domain.

- Involve in the beginning presales stage and continue till the process incubation stage.

- Manage large bid and medium bid clients in the Insurance, Retail and Manufacturing verticals.

- Solution design for existing and new clients, and actively transform the solutions and mine existing clients.

- Active participation in developing the business and Process & Project transformations.

- Onsite travel for due diligence and report creation.

An ideal candidate would be:

- MBA (2 years full time from a reputed institute)

- 6-12 years of experience out of which 3-5 in a BPO organisation engaged in solution designing / transitions/ presales, for North American and European clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical and problem solving skills to be the best.

- Must have undertaken solution designing in the F&A domain for atleast 1-2 years, and good understanding of
program management principles.
