DGM - Six Sigma/Quality/Process Consulting

Required a Master Black Belt professional with 10+ years of experience in Six Sigma Quality for ITES/BPO Industry. Black Belt Certification is mandatory.

Exposure to working onshore or with onshore clients is desirable

- Experience in training delivery (Green Belt/Lean training)

- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

Stakeholder Relationship

Manage relationships with the client team members

Set Expectations & Values

Continually work with manager and client team members to set expectations re. deliverable progress

- Project Management

Develop / Manage project

Report project status

People management – supervise project team

Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution

- Strategy Performance

Understand client requirements and define the approach for the project

Drive solution identification & implementation

- Process Performance

Lead core business and process analysis independently

Consolidate inputs from various team members/multiple tracks

Provide comprehensible management level synthesis of work at all times

Manage end to end project delivery in terms of timeliness and quality of deliverables

- Coaching

Informal coaching of colleagues

- Increase Sales

Contribute to proposals including effort estimates for project work

Pre-sales and post-sales support

Creating domain collaterals

- Vertical Industry Knowledge

Industry Research

Gain expertise in a functional area

Essentials Required:

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- MBB certification and >2 years of experience in a BB role

- Graduate in any discipline and Post graduation (preferred)

- Exposure to working onshore or with onshore clients is desirable

- Experience in training delivery (Green Belt/Lean training)

- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

- Basic project management ability

- Ability to act as a team lead

- Ability to mentor/develop subordinates

- Intermediate customer relationship management skills

- Basic ability to identify new business opportunities
