Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence, create long-term customer relationships and extend customer base
- Provide the business ownership for field services in respective region of India.
- Design and develop operative and strategic principles for our service business in close coordination with the General Manager, Services
- Monitoring and immediate resolution of issues related to Outage management, Field, customer and other stakeholders
- Develop and Manage processes, resources, partners and suppliers for effective and productive operations and cost management of Services function
- Drive quality and productivity of the services to serve the customers in the region and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop services talent and promote development, recognition, and retention of field engineers
- Drive and coordinate collective efforts relative to parts, repairs and overhauls to push improved customer satisfaction/solutions focused on productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery
- Work closely with Region Manager & Functional Heads top ensure appropriate technical and commercial deliverables
- Implement Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct field audits in compliance with all EHS applicable regulations, employee safety practices and quality practices
- Constant interaction with services, commercial and repairs leads on Strategy and Operations
