Experience: 14-18 years

Qualification: B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile

Reporting to: Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Network Development

- Formulating Service policy for group products

- Product Quality Feedback to Unit and corrective action on same

- Conducting Service Training Programs at various levels (Dealers & Staff Members)

- Handling workshop, awareness camp, service camps

- Ensure 100 % availability of Service Infrastructure at BP

- Timely settlement of service requests

- Preparing MIS & taking corrective actions

- Monitoring Failure Percentage & taking corrective actions
