1. Help devise Group Transformation agenda and plan.

2. Plan and implement OD interventions aimed at achieving specific goals.

3. Help in devising HR excellent plan and roadmap in line with group HR direction.

4. Benchmark HR best practices wherever required.

5. Develop framework and implementation plan.

6. Present to the stakeholders and get buy in.

7. Identify and freeze implementation partners wherever required.

8. Drive the implementation across various group companies
