DGM - SAP/SD/SAP HANA - Retail Business (12-16 yrs)
Overview:
Being the co-owner of IT-enabled business improvement, lead the IT Demand & Business Partnering for SAP and other Core GTM systems. A Key member of the IT team who will play a pivotal role in identifying IT opportunities working closely with business stakeholders, Business Leaders, other internal and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Financial:
- IT Project ROI and business case
- Overall IT cost reduction
- IT led the business transformation to a lean and agile model
Customer :
- Co-own and drive the digital transformation
- Business Engagement with IT
- Co-owning the transformation of IT to a Strategic Partner role within the organization
Process :
- Agile, Optimized and lean processes across responsible domains with IT enablement
- Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process
Capability:
- Platform and product evaluation
- Manage Vendors and govern service levels
- Identify, socialize and execute IT enablement opportunities across Sales, Marketing and Logistics/Warehousing functions
- To exploit the Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive start-up technologies
- Managing the IT Demand Management Process
Measurable deliverables:
- Business value creation and ROI from IT initiatives and Projects
- Business Engagement levels with IT
- Reduction of IT delivery cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance
- Short term - Enhance stability to our GTM systems
- Medium term - Implementation/Upgradation and embedment of SAP HANA for Fashion and other core systems across the organization
Specialized Knowledge:
- Deep Functional Expertise in SAP SD module with WM with multiple Indian end to end implementation experience as lead
- Hands on implementation and governance experience of Dealer Ordering systems
- Good understanding of Multiple system integration techniques through methods like API
- Have lead IT enabled Process Transformational and Improvement Projects in Sales, Marketing and Warehousing domains.
- Knowledge in Analytics Platforms like Power BI, Tableau, ClickView etc., preferably with project experience
- Good Functional knowledge on web technologies and mobile application technologies with focus on UX design and governance
- Implemented Customer loyalty, trade loyalty projects.
- Have lead multi locational IT projects
While not mandatory, would prefer:
- 2 to 3 year experience in Sales/Marketing line function
- Domain knowledge over Apparel and Retail Industries and proven track record in this Industry
- Led Projects of process re-engineering and cost optimization
- Exposure to Change management
- PMP certification
- Participated in Enterprise-level Digital Transformation Projects
- Participated in AI, ML, IOT, RFID enablement projects
