DGM - SAP Pillar Lead - Telecom

My client, a major player in the Telecommunications space is looking for a DGM-Pillar Lead. This role is based in Pune.

The skills & attributes are described below:

- Lead the ERP/Infra pillars who manage delivery across SAP, Oracle, Infra (CPT) SAAS systems and also provide support/guidance during transition of complex services spread across multiple geographies. Compare to IT delivery organisation he/she will be equivalent to a Geography ERP Practice Head (Vice President) leading the team of 500+ consultants

- Responsible and accountable for E2E process organisation which includes ERP/Infra systems and 100+ peripheral satellite systems (example: SABA, Taleo, uPerform, SABRIX, Readsoft)

- Support/contribute in the overall growth of ERP/Infra by managing the growth of individual pillars

- Identify growth opportunities in ERP/Infra pillar and assist/manage/help in developing the business case

- Deliver pillar specific transitions within cost/budget/timeline

- High end ERP product development and consulting background

- Extensive knowledge of ERP products and services and ERP/ Infra Practice building of size 500+

- Practice Building, Program/project management, People management, ERP Expert, Transition Expert
