My client, a major player in the Telecommunications space is looking for an Operations Lead. This role is based in Pune.

The skills & attributes are described below:

- Lead one of the ERP sub pillars(consists of more than one services) and manage the Application operations & Application Development

- Equivalent Program Director role in IT organisation for large transformation program involving multiple SI's with 100+ experts

- Responsible and accountable for E2E process organisation which includes ERP systems and 100+ peripheral systems (SABA, Taleo, uPerform, SABRIX, Readsoft)

- E2E process ownership rather that specific module approach

- Co-ordinates with business as well as SI partners

- High end ERP product development and consulting background

- Play multiple role as SI, SI Integrator, Project/ People Manager and Business Process Expert

- Support/contribute in the overall growth of ERP by managing the growth of individual sub pillar

- Identify growth opportunities in ERP sub pillar and assist in developing the business case

- Deliver/manage sub pillar specific transitions within cost/budget/timeline

- Accountable for people, process, service performance etc. for the sub pillar

- Practice Building, Program/project management, People management, ERP Expert, Transition Expert
