Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance market share, revenue, and profitability for the TMT bars category.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category goals with overall business objectives.
2. Product Management:
- Define product specifications, pricing, and positioning for TMT bars.
- Monitor product performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Introduce new variants or improve existing products based on market feedback.
3. Sales and Distribution:
- Work closely with sales teams to drive sales targets and expand distribution networks.
- Develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales training programs.
- Ensure effective inventory management and timely delivery to customers.
4. Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and onboard suppliers for raw materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure TMT bars meet quality standards and certifications.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and environmental norms.
- Address any quality-related issues promptly.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of product managers, sales professionals, and technical experts.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a B2B ecosystem.
- Exposure to Leading Teams and Working by Example
- Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
- Excellent Communication Skills with bias for Action, Self-Drive and Initiative
