Job Description:
- Plan variable pay schemes or incentive programs.
- Conceptualize and develop communication material for branding & launch of the program.
- Posts launch analysis of various initiatives to track the expense budgets and desired sales behavior.
- Resolution of queries and exception requests for various R&R initiatives within defined TATs
- Map competition R&R schemes from time to time.
- Manage R&R programs for advisors within defined budgets and Define inputs for sales planning as per advisor segmentation.
- Design the most appropriate monetary and non -monetary Rewards and Recognition schemes.
- Forecast the outcome of the recommended R&R program to the stakeholders
- Responsible for planning & managing the contest launch.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate with a Post Graduate degree in Business Management would be preferred.
- 10 - 12 years of experience in Life insurance industry with an exposure in Agency/Direct Channel.
