One of our leading Telecom Industry is looking for DGM Sales HQ at Salem to handled Distribution Sales (Prepaid) across the districts.

Position: DGM Sales

Work Location: Salem Tamil Nadu

Years of experience: 10+ years, out of min 5 years in Telecom

Qualification: Any Degree

This position will be reporting to CEO, under more than 300+ people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in Distribution Sales

- Responsible for Gross Acquisitions & Base Growth

- Responsible for Revenue growth from voice & data

Drive MI growth:

- Drive Market share on acquisitions & revenue

- Ensure availability and reach - Distribution

Sales & Marketing:

- Developing marketing strategies to build retail preference and drive volumes.

- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for maximum market coverage.

- Identifying prospective channels from various sectors to achieve business targets while ensuring a growth in the active customer base.

Business Development :

- Driving sales initiatives for achieving desired targets in the assigned territories with the team.

- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes.

- Designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall.
