Designation: DGM – Sales Operations

REPORTING TO: Regional Head- Animal feed

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- To manage team and handle the Sales and Marketing activities in Cattle feed business in respective location

QUALIFICATION: Graduation in - Agri, Post graduate from IIM /IRMA

EXPERIENCE: 6 - 10 yrs.

SKILL REQUIRED :

The incumbent should :

- Be Dynamic and Result Oriented.

- Have good analytical and reasoning skills and be well versed with business finance and problem solving techniques.

- Leadership skills coupled with “people skills” in order to manage teams and achieve set targets.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Should ready to travel extensively within region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the sales team in the territory for targets setting & achievement. Also act as a leader, mentor & guide to the team

Allocating Sales Plan, designing SOPS, Forecasting & complete Financial Budgeting for resources allocation

- Should be conversant with commercial transaction.

- Good Communication skills (verbal and written) & Inter-personal skills

- Systematic growth of business by achieving targets in terms of volumes, values and contribution whilst adhering to Company’s credit policy norms.

- Leading the Sales Team in order to systematically co-ordinate supply chain including logistics, distribution and sales.

- Plan the revenue / budget, monitor and control the budget meant for local sales promotion and keep the working capital within the Company norms.

- Generating of new businesses for meeting the set targets.
