About Our Client:

Our client is a global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization providing high quality medicines. With presence across multiple geographies they are a leading research based healthcare organization in the field of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and also run a chain of super specialty hospitals. They are currently looking for a seasoned Sales HR professional to be based out of Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Reporting into the Global Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Formulation and enhancement of all HR policies and processes

- Recruitment of field staff and support in the entire expansion process

- Looking after compensation & benefits for the organization

- Designing and implementation of sales incentive plans

- Ensuring all necessary compliances are met

- Ensuring all the learning needs are aligned with business goals

- Launching and managing the entire talent management process

- Additional HR Operations as a part of this role

The Successful Applicant:

- As a successful applicant you should have minimum of 12-15 years of experience with more than 7 years of experience in Sales HR.

- You should have had handled large sales force and have had exposure to designing sales incentive plans as well.

- Candidates from Pharmaceuticals, FMCG will be given high preference.
