DGM Sales West

We are looking for DGM Sales with our fastest growing client which manufactures and sells decorative paints & wood finishes.

EDUCATION : MBA from Tier 1 colleges.

LOCATION : Pune

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Will be responsible for the Supervision of a few depots in the West

- Drive Sales and Collection

- Responsible for driving the sales and collection of assigned areas

- Supervising existing Sales team and building an additional sales force.

- Lead and Supervise 11 Branch Managers and 13 depots in West

- Lead existing Sales team of approx. 74 members and build an additional sales force.

- Responsible for monitoring dealer schemes within allotted budgets.

- Inventory monitoring & Depot management.
