Job Responsibilities
Sales MIS:
- Field Force targeting and respective sales analysis and various sales dashboards.
- Creation of ranking files and generating exception reports
- Maintaining organogram and the PMS system for field.
Hospitality:
- Negotiation with different vendors such as hotel chains, car rental co., training establishment etc. for leveraging best possible rate for the organization.
- Support business with reference to organizing CBM- s, CME- s, review meeting, CRM's etc.
- Managing FIT hotel bookings both India & abroad for Glenmark colleagues.
- To design an effective control mechanism for advances & payment control with different vendors.
- Ensure quality of services within the cost parameters.
- To organize important events such as STAR awards, brand plan meeting, Annual leadership meeting, non - financial incentive trips etc.
SFA:
- Drive and implement Sales Force Automation initiatives of India Formulations, & Middle East Region
- Having an understanding of processes adapted by the Sales force on Field
- Manage the service provider of the SFA tool
- Conceptualize, Plan and Implement new projects and initiatives in SFA tool
- Guiding the field force and concerned business associates with the analytics of SFA tool
- Drive the need for Mobile and Tab reporting with its benefits and selling the concept with mindset of excellence in execution.
- Increase operational efficiency of the team by streamlining of processes
- Enabling rapid response to Field Force and Stakeholders by effective query tracking mechanism.
- Close liaison with Functional Heads (SFE, Sales Divisional Heads, HR, Marketing, IT) and implement the new processes in SFA tool
- Understanding the business need from the system view point and enabling different modules in SFA tool for providing business enablers
- Interaction with the Stakeholders and understand their requirements from system point of view.
- Budget Control. Implement software development within the assigned Budget.
Expense Control & AO Administration:
- Checks & Control of Travelling Expenses Reimbursement for FSO- s/ DSM / ZSMs.
- Policy Implementation of Travelling Expense, Standard Fare Plan, Hotel stay etc. with compliance
- Salary / TE Input to Payroll
- Full & Final Settlement submission of Resigned Cases
AO Administration:
- Provide leadership to all the AO's with reference to processes, policies, SOP's etc.
- Guest house management including renewal etc.
- Vendor bill management at the AO level
- Dispatch of Marketing inputs to field.
- Overall AO level co-ordination & operation within the given cost parameters.
