DGM - Reward & Benefits - Manufacturing

We, ProPeople Consulting Group have been retained by one of the most respected Industry Conglomerate to identify Head - HR (Reward & Benefit), for one of their line of business.

Location : West Bengal

Pre-reqs:

- MBA (HR) is must. Part Time will do subjected to working in leading Corporate House and/or handling similar role

- Age should be 30 - 38

- Exp 8 to 14 years (max)

- Outstationed candidates must be ready to relocate to Bengal

Job purpose : To manage the Rewards & Benefits processes and initiatives for the business units, to ensure that the compensation & benefits plans are executed seamlessly.

KRAs :

- Manage the Annual and Mid-Year Compensation Review process and Performance Management System

- Execute & monitor the payroll process to ensure that the Organization's pay cycle is completed effectively in a timely manner

- Manage the Job Analysis and Evaluation Process at the Unit

- Manage the Strategic Workforce Planning exercise and support in new initiatives / Special Projects etc.

- Define and Provide MIS & Analytics periodically on compensation and benefits utilization & ensure updation of the HRMS.
