DGM - Retail Marketing Operations ( Exclusive Channels)
Role and Key deliverables:
- Lead and develop the overall Channel Marketing Operations strategy for Offline DTC Channel.
- Drive a deep understanding of the consumer through data, insights and measurement, ensuring activity is always optimised.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders across the wider, product divisions, HQ through skilled communications and subject matter understanding to achieve alignment.
- Lead and develop a marketing team that includes a Channel marketing managers.
- Align with overall DTC marketing vision & calendar
2. Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall marketing strategy for Offline Exclusive Channel:
- Set clear and measurable targets for H1 & H2 against core metrics.
- Manage overall marketing budget and prioritise channel and spends against core objectives of consideration, sales and lifetime value
- Adapt and optimise plans dependent on business & channel specific requirement.
Collaboration with key stakeholders:
- Collaborative working across functions while bringing teams and people together to work more effectively and efficiently.
- Create forums for collaboration and alignment with all major stakeholders across the business
Lead and develop marketing team:
- Lead and manage all outputs of the marketing team across Paid, Earned, Owned & Shared including (but not limited to):
- Store proposition & platform marketing
- Store launches
- Microsite
- CRM Programme
- PR
- Social
- Events
- Partnerships
- In-store activations
- Promotional propositions
- Motivate, challenge, develop and mentor the team to achieve incredible results
Desired Profile :
Full time Graduation/PG Degree (Marketing):
- Should have 12+ years marketing experience
- Intelligent- passionate & motivated with high energy levels; ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proven strategic capabilities with agility to be tactical based on business need
- Strong creative development skills/creative judgment
- Commercially savvy: the ability to translate brand and marketing opportunities into harder sales metrics
- Good working knowledge of the process and budget management
