- Creating project plan and aligning stakeholders across sales, operations, marketing & finance
- Procuring approvals & budgets for the projects
- Solution sourcing by drafting requirement, briefing procurement teams, evaluating vendors by working closely with procurement teams
- Implementation of projects end-to-end within the expected timelines
- Enabling support & troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Continuous Innovation - Retail elements/ Experience improvement / sales story - To set new benchmarks, use shopper research to identify key areas for innovative disruptions.
