Client Details

Our client is a retail chain with significant global presence. They have established their business operations in India and are known for their wide product portfolio. They are looking to expand their mark on the India Market and hence are looking to recruit a DGM- Real Estate Acquisition based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the GM- Real Estate Acquisition, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting in-depth market research and looking for large sized land parcels for setting up company operations across North India

- Formulating the land acquisition strategies along with maintaining healthy relationships with builders, developers and local landlords

- Maintaining a pipeline of sites across various regions for the prospective business opportunities

- Working closely with different stakeholders & cross functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile

You will be a person with more than 9 years of experience in land acquisition and land buying from IPC/Retail/Hospitality/Real Estate/Hotel industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent knowledge of rules and regulations specifically for North India market and sound financial acumen.
