We have an opportunity with one of the leading real estate group in Bangalore for

Position - DGM Purchase & Supply Chain

Department - PMO

Job Location - Bangalore

Reporting to - PMO Head

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors of Engineering

Years of Experience &Preferred Industry - 12+ years

- Real Estate/Building systems/Construction/Contracting

Age - Upto 40 years

Candidate Profile - Should be able to manage end to end aspects in the supply chain domain

- Strong Negotiation skills are required.

- Should have dealt with A class General & Main contractors of International repute

- Aware of products required available in residential construction and hospitality sector. Should have strong knowledge pricing of Interior, MEP procurement related items.

- Should know construction related items like, steel cement, sand, aggregates etc.

- Should have a local and national network & relationship of a class vendors dealing in above traits.

- Should be able to plan, forecast and Manage cash flow requirements to link with project procurement plan

- Commercial & Contractual Terms & Norms Industry Knowledge

General Tasks & Responsibilities

- This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, and sourcing, inventory control.

- Should manage transport, supply chain and logistical issues

- Should deliver a site logistical management and material movement plan

- Will Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials

- Should be value focused and value driven

- Develop and continuously improve supplier programs.

- Should be able to set off cost VS quality and not be purely cost reduction focused.

- Manage tender and assist estimation.
