We are hiring for DGM Production with an leading chemical manufacturer in Mahad, Raigad.

Job Description:

- Ensure production and dispatch activities are carried out according to the business plan.

- Plan daily production activities to meet the production plan, optimizing resource utilization.

- Plan capacity expansion in case of shortfalls, if required, and manage dispatch planning and execution for both export and domestic sales.

- Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and implement techniques to improve efficiency.

- Formulate, monitor, review, and control the plant budget. Implement cost-saving measures to reduce operational and maintenance expenses within budget.
