Position Summary:
The incumbent plays a critical role in helping projects- process and change initiatives, meet business str schedules within budget objectives. The role involves identifying, creating, designing and implementing change management plans for the CSO organization.
Key Accountabilities :
- Identifying the current - and future-state business processes.
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Anchor all process enhancement requirements and production tickets thereof,
- Act as an interface for IT for all CSO requirements.
- Lead the proposed crack team for all central operations projects
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Project Management
- Strong Customer Services / Back end Operations management skills
- Process Improvement
Performance Measures:
- Identify Process and Change Management requirements, and work out change plans
- Monitor, track and supervise production tickets for process change projects
- TaT adherence for Change Management projects
