Location: Mumbai.

Function: Commercial

Department: Customer Lifecycle Management.

Required Candidates - Only from FMCG Industry.

Qualification Required

MBA with 10 years of experience with consumer marketing experience out of which preferably 4 years of telecom experience.

Exposure to Modeling & analytical tools aimed at understanding consumer behaviour.

Exposure and understanding of Campaign management tools to execute and track campaigns and results

Role purpose:

Prepaid business contributes to 75% of Company’s turnover. Purpose of the Role is to manage & lead the prepaid marketing and product management to drive prepaid revenue and margins resulting in achievement of prepaid subscriber base retention and prepaid revenue enhancement objectives.

Strategic -

Grow Prepaid Base Revenues through product management, pricing strategy and base retention.

Operational

1. Design and Deliver prepaid revenue enhancement and base retention initiatives through product capabilities, tariffs and up sell/cross sell resulting in growth in consumption and yield.

2. Design & Deliver prepaid churn protection objectives thru focused retention programs.

3. Design Products and Product Portfolio at each circle to ensure alignment to the circle business priorities.
This should be done without compromising the Simplicity aspect of VF Way.

4. Drive incremental revenues on segmented campaigns through 121 and Flytxt Offers campaign management.

5. Drive Governance around key product initiatives to ensure compliance, standardization and efficiencies.

Developmental

1. Mentor the team members and provide continued guidance for their personal and professional growth.

2. Continue developing self through attaining knowledge in the field of marketing in general and on telecom business in particular.
