- Ensure proper manpower planning & budgeting in line with business plan & Org. Goals. - Ensure time bound, focused & systematic selection and recruitment activities. - Ensure timely development of KRA's of employees, performance appraisals for increments and training need identification. - Ensure timely up-gradation of Job Descriptions, competency matrix. - Develop a learning organization through facilitating learning through various tools and learning aids. - Ensure statutory compliances of PF and DISH - Ensure ISO - EMS/QMS compliances. - Develop yearly training plan and execute for all the employees - 5 hours per employee per year. - Ensure smooth functioning of the time office and solve grievances in time. - Timely hiring through advice, search agents, walk inns, references, campus selection - Shortlisting the resumes, coordinating interviews. - Selection of experienced talent/continually search for talent - Employee induction and continual improvement in induction process - Joining formalities, post joining formalities. - Social acclimatization of new joiners to company values and culture - Exit interview - Department-wise manpower sanction - Review / rationalize manpower sanction - based on changes - To draw Career & Succession plan for key positions/ functions. - Analysis of attrition - To identify the Training needs of employees from competency mapping, performance appraisal - Prepare yearly training plan and execute it. - Take training feedback, analyze it and make necessary changes in training sessions. - Monitor through HODs the effectiveness of the training program. - Personnel development program - Identify programs for knowledge/skill/ competency development for Workman to Manager. - To administer Competency gap analysis/ Competencies mapping for each employee. - To prepare a higher education scheme for up gradation of knowledge of employees in collaboration with Educational Institutes. - Identification of Internal resources for developing employees Training program - Arrange various training Programs as per the requirement for functional skills and soft and behavioural skills - Development of unskilled to semi skilled to skilled - Facilitate job rotation plan, cross functional teams - Specialized external training - through proper plan. - Group training - generic competencies critical to company's development / success - Multi-skilling, up-gradation of knowledge / skills / behavior
