We have been retained by a public limited FMCG Conglomerate with Rs.26,000 Crore turnover for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager-Human Resources for their Regional Office in Delhi

An ideal candidate with of 12 to 15 years experience in Human Resources with age between 35 to 40 years will be preferred.

Candidates for this location must have worked in a generalist position with minimum 7 to 8 years of exposure in the Plant ( IR & HR) which is a MUST.

Exposure is Manufacturing company is also a MUST.

Must be very strong in Industrial Relations & Human Resources.

REQUIREMENT

Position: Regional HR Manager at DGM level

Locations: Delhi

BACKGROUND TO THE POSITION

This is a HR Generalist role to support growth of the in specific geographical region, called “Hub” and implementation of HR best Practices. The incumbent will participate in corporate strategy and policy / process formulation.

Key Accountabilities:

- Staffing and On Boarding

- Employee Engagement

- Performance Management and Compensation review

- Career plan and succession plan

- Rewards and Recognition

- Employee Capability Building

- Employee communication and grievance handling

- Union negotiation and statutory compliance

- Liaison and coordination with local bodies,

Main interactions:

Internal:

- Regional Business Head and VP HR

- Own HR team at multiple locations

- Plant Heads and HODs at Hub

- Operation and support team

External:

- Govt. Authorities

- Consultants and training vendors

- Union leadership
