ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have handled HNI customers & also high volume investors in real estate.
- Leading & managing the respective Team.
- Assisting in Retail sales of residential properties spread across Mumbai, in domestic & international markets through direct channels (direct sales team) & indirect channels (IPCs, Banks, Brokers, etc).
- Develop the professionally organized indirect channel to increase the sales volume (all categories of broker's network development including IPCs, Banks etc).
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Activation of secondary markets in Tier I & II cities.
- Responsible for networking with channel partners, IPC’s & ICP.
- Responsible for developing institutional and alternate channel partners.
- Participating in corporate events / exhibition to show case the product
- Generating sales from various traditional and non traditional BTL activities
