Manager - Organization Effectiveness,Learning & Development (L&D) Operational Excellence
Reports To (UJR) Lead Operational Excellence-G&I
Account abilities :
Organization Effectiveness :
- Define Organizational effectiveness to improve collaboration, integration and information delivery
- Conceive, Plan and drive implementation of FC&A's Organization Effectiveness models for Steady State Organization
- Automate monitoring of Organization Effectiveness Models through Dashboards etc. using BI Tools
- Track and monitor performance/ productivity measures on a continuous basis
- Plan and drive implementation of initiatives based on scores
- Drive Climate Surveys, Opinion Polls and lead other employee engagement activities
- Support in preparation of Flash / Progress Reports, Operation Reviews etc.
- Support in review Business rhythm's with FC&A CLT- s
Learning & Development (L&D) :
- Designing and executing the Learning & Development Agenda for FC&A Organization (& other Enterprise Functions)
- Create Career Competency Matrix for FC&A/roles (& other Enterprise Functions)
- Full cycle management i.e. from content development to measuring effectiveness of programs (Classroom, Instructor led, E-Learning etc.)
- Own Learning Management System application for FC&A Organization (& other Enterprise Functions)
- Develop learning maps for the calendar year across roles
- Integrator between FC&A-G&I, L&D Teams, NHQ, State, Area & BOC to ensure seamless & consistent deployment of L&D programs
Operational Excellence :
- Drive process improvement initiatives through Six Sigma, Black Belt etc.
- Establish benchmarks & best practices to suggest process improvements across all FC&A processes
- Develop Self-assessment framework for continuous improvements
- Review of business process and ensure adequacy of systems, control and procedure
Others :
- Accounting SME for Telecom related issues
- Implementation & co-ordination of initiatives & process improvements
Educational Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant or
- MBA
Desirable : ICWAI
Relevant Experience : Up to 7-9 years
Desirable :
- Internal Audit/Governance, Risk & Compliance, Finance Transformation roles/CoE etc.
