This Position is with a Conglomerate having presence in various sectors viz. Automobiles, Steel, IT, Financial Services etc.

Designation -DGM OD

Reporting to - Head OD

Direct Reportees - 2

Location - Mumbai

Experience - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in OD, 8+ yrs of total experience preferably in a large corporate or a consulting firm

Education - MBA/ Post graduation in HR from a Premiere institute

KRAs

- To design and Implement OD and Change Management Strategy

- Cultural Transformation design, develop and deliver HR strategic project

- To enhance morale of the employees through design and facilitation of events.

- To research the best-in class OD practices and constantly update knowledge to come up with innovative ideas.
