- Jobholder will support in setting up the organization Design in company, provide thought leadership.
- Build capability of the HR and business teams in organization design and assist business in organization restructuring projects.
- Provide thought leadership through research and best practices study and benchmarking study on Organization design
- Understand the business need for reorganization and partner with businesses as internal consultant for Organization restructuring projects, improving org. productivity and new structure design.
- Design and implement tools & templates to enable businesses to work on organization structure design.
- Co-design & facilitate appreciation workshops, e-learning modules for key stakeholders
