DGM - Order To Cash Operations - BPO

- Should have managed large sized OTC operations (Team of at least 70+) for at least a period of 5 years and have excellent domain expertise in AR, Collections, Contracts

- Partner with customer on running smooth OTC operations

- Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations

- Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects; provide improved productivity and cost out to customer

- Proven record of financial acumen (ability to understand complex contracts, financial budgets and ability to link initiatives to financial outcomes and drive right operational initiatives to accomplish the desired financial outcomes

- Balance growth and maintain noise free existing operations across all geographies

- Understand different processes of the customer across markets and geographies - drive synergies and cost out from consolidation and standardization

- Communicate with customers at a strategic level and align to customer needs and expectations.

Minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

1. Should have managed large sized F&A operations (Team of at least 50+) at least a period of 7 years and have excellent domain expertise in Order To cash (O2C).

2. Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations

3. Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects

4. Proven record of financial acumen (ability to understand complex contracts, financial budgets and ability to link initiatives to financial outcomes and drive right operational initiatives to accomplish the desired financial outcomes
