DGM Operations

We are looking for Deputy General Manager – Operations with one of the leading FMCG which is into Personal Care Skin Care products.

Location - Andheri

Experience: 18 to 23 yrs.

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A

Candidates from FMCG (Personal Care products would be preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidate has to have hands on experience in operations

- Production

- Procurement, handling & allocation of manpower & manpower planning

- Coordination with subcontract locations

- Understanding of QAQC function & well versed with machineries.

- Must have experience in handling more than one factory, forecasting, planning, budgeting .

- Candidates who have handled individual projects will be preferred.

- Candidate has to be well versed with MIS reporting.
