Role:

- To develop the website to be a one stop place for anything the consumer may want – online shopping, self service, content discovering and buying, developing a B2B section for the enterprise customers and all information available online.

- This will include not only the development of the website, but maintenance, constant improvement, understanding logs and implementing actions coming out of the analysis, deployment of new techniques and technology to make the site more effective

- Develop a detailed business case for the website to make it into a profitable channel – by helping add revenues and reducing costs.

- Develop an online strategy and marketing plan which will help in building awareness, relevance as well as create an engaging environment for the brand target. Use online as a medium to create bonding and preference amongst the brand target.

- Using online and mobile media to acquire new customers retain existing customers and use the medium for up sell.

- Use existing medium to communicate to the existing base effectively

- Key deliverable as online medium requires management of various agencies and partners. They need to understand the vision and should be motivated to deliver consistently on the plan.

- The job involves a lot of coordination with internal teams in the organization and this will require effective team management skills to help the others understand the objectives and collectively deliver on the vision.

Experience/Qualifications:

- MBA from a premier institute with relevant experience in website management and e commerce.

Preferred Industries:

- Banking/Financial Services/Airlines/Service Industry.
