DGM - Network Quality/Performance - Telecom

Skills required:

- Responsible for End-to-End Network Quality, Ongoing Project and performance and Network Quality management

- Regular Interaction with Circle Business Head/Circle CEO, OEM & MSP, Planning & Deployment team to achieve organizational goals

- Responsible for New release and feature trial

- Advance Optimization Tools exp - Ground Hog, Ribbon analytics, Sure coverage, Facebook insight, VIAVI GEO, Nokia SON-Eden net, Annova, Huawei Smart Care, Smart RNO, MapInfo query/tools

- KPI improvement/Parameter tuning/Feature trials/Traffic optimization

- working experience in LTE/VOLTE KPI optimization & Traffic uptake

- Good knowledge on 2G/3G/DSM/WCDMA

Roles:

- Responsible for 4G/Volte/2G/3G KPI monitoring and improvement in terms of customer experience improvement and reduction in overall voice and data complaint

- Parameter optimization to achieve best 4G/Volte/2G/3G performance

- Drive test logs and trace analysis of Volte/LTE/3G/2G technology to find out and troubleshoot issue

- Responsible for developing metrics for LTE/VOLTE/2G/3G KPI metrics and its baseline and target

- KPI validation and signoff with MS partner wrt Baseline and target
