Role and Responsibilities :

'- Preparation of various MIS for Business , Sector and Corporate Reporting

- Compilation and monitoring of Annual Budgets

- Preparation and monitoring of Various Estimates during the year

- Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet Analysis

- Sales MIS

- Expenses Analysis & Controlling

- Risk Management Reporting

- Preparation ,monitoring and controlling of various Revenue Budgets

- Preparation of Capex Budget & its monthly Monitoring & Controlling

- Personnel Cost Monitoring & Controlling

- R&D Project wise Capex & Revenue Expenses Monitoring & Controlling

Audit:

- Preparation of various audit Schedules for i.e External as well as Internal Audit

- COSO Compliance

- Internal Audit

- ICFR COSO Audit

- Co-ordination with all Auditors

Others:

- Expenses Provisioning & its adequecy

- Physical verification of Fixed Assets & Inventory

- Fixed Assets Capitalization

Competencies :

- Experience of working in SAP and Hyperion

- Result orientation with execution excellance, , Focussed, Team Work , Innovations led transformation, Customer Centric

- Good Planning & proper execution

- Knowledge of Ind AS, Financial updates, Internal control System, MIS Reports, Statutory audit process, Cost benefit analysis, GST etc.
