DGM - Marketplace

Looking for smart MBA candidates with 8-12 years of overall experience and atleast 4-6 years of Ecom experience, preferably managing marketplace (brand as seller) with excellent stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for the Head of Marketplace for the Brand. The objective of this role is to build these brands on Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the marketplace strategy, including product and category management, brand mix etc

- Ownership of marketplace (brand as seller) target achievement across partner platforms, with clear focus on driving secondary sales

- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute the marketing plan

- Drive cross functional responsibilities (Finance, Marketing & SCM)

- Extensive data analysis to identify trends, evaluate metrics and effective forecasting

- Manage a team of KAMs and ops executives to drive the business

- Should be able to drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing process improvement
