Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, brand awareness, and enhancing advertisement
- Develop pricing strategies for products based on competitors' prices, customer's willingness to pay, and company cost structures
- Identify new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors
- Plan and execute all activities on the ground and in the catchment necessary for a successful New store opening in existing or new markets
- Drive & measure Customer engagement in the store/restaurants
- Manage the development of all marketing materials as appropriate in physical marketing activities, including print ads in alignment with the Digital Marketing manager. Preparing and managing marketing budget for physical marketing.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure maximization of Cover utilization in the given budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed including competition
- Executing agency management for marketing development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12 years of experience in F&B, Retail & FMCG sales in institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with the ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data.
- Preferred FMCG industry with experience working at large retail chains.
