The Head of marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Experience:
- 15 Years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research and customer data to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty programs that enhance the customer experience and increase customer retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use this information to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and IT, to ensure - successful execution of marketing programs and initiatives
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired results
- Lead the development of brand messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the organization's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience
