The incumbent will be heading the sales and marketing function at Regional level- covering a geographical area of a region covering 15 to 20 districts, will be responsible for managing a business volume of about Rupees 100 crores. He will be entirely responsible for driving the performance in the market right from developing market strategy to execution in order to ensure a premium pricing with sustained growth in market share.
- Manage the marketing operations of the concerned zone/ region as Profit Center Head
- Consistently and effectively plan for achieving key long and short-term objectives
- Establish implementation plan - the key tasks and resources needed to achieve objectives.
- Set high standards of performance for self and others; imposes standards of excellence.
- Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity, or service.
- Manage finances and organizational resources to achieve and enhance department goal.
Desired Candidate :
- 2 Years full time Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management from a Premier institute
- Strategic leadership roles in sales & marketing
- Have strong business acumen with excellent communication, innovative and strategic thinking and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Be conversant with vernacular language - Tamil
